Nathan Scholl was born and raised in Razorback country, a.k.a. Little Rock, Arkansas. He graduated from high school in 1995 and then attended Wheaton College in Chicago, IL. He then crunched some numbers and crafted some pie charts and graduated from Wheaton with a Business/Economics degree. But God had a fresh new path for Nathan after graduation. He worked first as a youth minister in his hometown for two years and then packed his bags for Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC.
While in seminary he met his beautiful and gifted wife, Christi. Upon graduation from seminary Nathan and Christi moved to Durham, NC and started ministry to middle and high school students at The Church of the Good Shepherd. They were in Durham for almost 7 years and during that time they started a family, two boys to be exact, Hunter and Andrew. They then moved to Lexington, VA in April of 2012 to serve at Grace Presbyterian Church and soon after added a little girl to their family, Linden Caroline. Nathan served as the assistant minister at Grace Presbyterian overseeing Men’s ministry, student ministry, assimilation and small groups. He also preached regularly and discipled young adults in the church. In July 2015 Nathan and Christi will be starting an exciting new chapter in ministry as they begin their new call to church plant with the ARP in Charlottesville, VA.
